By accessing or using ClickCentric SEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.

ClickCentric SEO offers subscription plans billed monthly via Stripe. Eligible first-time customers may receive one 3-day free trial per account and payment method. Ineligible trial attempts are cancelled without charge; eligible trials are not charged until the trial period ends. • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled • You can cancel at any time from your account settings • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods • Monthly and purchased AI credits accumulate in your balance until used, unless a purchase states otherwise • Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service • Abuse API endpoints, automate access beyond intended use, or circumvent rate limits • Upload malicious content, spam, or materials that infringe third-party rights • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written consent • Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the platform

All content, features, and functionality of ClickCentric SEO — including the user interface, algorithms, branding, and documentation — are the exclusive property of ClickCentric and are protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create using our AI tools (articles, optimisations, schema markup) belongs to you. However, we retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our services.

ClickCentric SEO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickCentric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that could harm the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of ClickCentric SEO after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
